WHAT WE DO
- We give back to our schools: We are committed to supporting our schools by giving back through monetary donations based on portrait sales & by providing valuable service items to staff and administrators. Our goal is to celebrate and appreciate all the amazing work they do!
- We make picture day easy: We work with your picture day coordinator to ensure we have all the necessary tools (ie: class rosters, parent contact information, the proper number of photographers) BEFORE picture day! This helps us make your picture day a breeze!
- We focus on the experience: Our focus extends beyond just capturing images; we believe in celebrating each student’s unique personality through authentic expressions and proper posing. We aim to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere where every smile radiates joy and confidence.
- We guarantee customer satisfaction: If, for any reason, families are not completely satisfied with their pictures, we can always arrange a retake or address any other concerns that may arise. We want you to know that keeping our customers happy is our number one priority.
- A picture day coordinator will call you a couple of weeks before picture day. During this call, they will confirm your date, go over enrollment, and discuss any questions or concerns.
- Sending us your rosters and parent information is crucial for a successful picture day. We will need these emailed to us at least 2 weeks before picture day.
- You will receive a picture day kit that includes everything you need for a successful picture day such as posters to display, stickers for each child, and a sibling signup sheet.
- 3 days before picture day your families will receive an email and text with information regarding picture day. The email will include a sample of the backdrop for your school.
- Team Sunshine will arrive at your school an hour before the start of pictures to set up. During this time we will have a brief meeting with the coordinator to make sure it will be a smooth and successful picture day.
- We will efficiently photograph all students and staff members ensuring each person receives the same great quality portraits that we are known for.
- Our fantastic photographers are great at making your students feel confident and excited to take their turn in front of the camera.
- Our passion for what we do enables us to be flexible and adapt to any unforeseen circumstances. Our team is on-site to provide you with the best experience possible.
- Galleries will be online 1-2 days after picture day. Parents will receive a link to their private gallery via email & text using the information that was provided before picture day.
- Parents will be able to view their portraits and place an order online. We have a variety of different printed and digital products designed to fit every budget.
- All orders placed within the first week of picture day will receive a discount code and free shipping. Those orders will be delivered to the school in 3-4 weeks.
- Saved the best for last! Monetary donations from the first week of picture day sales are sent directly to your school.

Each year we custom-create a seasonal program for both Spring and Fall! This generates excitement for our families and creates portraits they’ll want to purchase every season!

If you have sibling sets at your school we would love to work with them. Families must register on the sign-up sheet provided to your school before picture day.
